The Fusion Pizza Experience
We serve homemade pizzas with dough made fresh every day. They feature on our Bistro and Rodizio menus; these are quite different to Italian pizzas as they are thin and feature different toppings, and have a different texture

Brazilian-style smoked Pork sausage; recommended Pizza: Calabrese
Catupiry is a Brazilian soft cheese. Recommended pizza: Chicken with Catupiry
Palm Heart is the inner core of certain palm trees; recommended Pizza: Palm Heart
